Returns can be made once the product has reached its destination. In the event that the order has already left our offices, we won't be able to change the address. We'll have to wait for the package to arrive at the nearest Post Office location so we can verify that it hasn't been delivered.

If the order has been tampered with or is defective, a refund for the product will not be issued.

In the case of a return or an exchange for a different size, the customer will be responsible for the return cost.
