My package was delivered to the wrong address and Bear Paw was quick to respond. Unbelievable customer service I was so happy and my mom was so thrilled with her shoes.
The experience was awful. The slippers were too small. I had to pay $20 to send them back for exchange. I was sent the same size (no choice was provided) which also didn’t fit. Again I had to pay $20 to return them, at which time I asked for my money back. I received $64, but I had paid $40 for the two unsuccessful returns. I won’t do that again.
