I bought the same model and size as I did a few years back. Size 10. I am disappointed that you’re now making them more narrow. When I compare the soles of these two new pairs to the soles of my last pair, they don’t match…the new slippers are more narrow. I’m hoping these two new pairs will stretch out sufficiently that I can eventually wear them in comfort. I figured they’d be identical to what I had. They’re not.

The shoes you sent were far too small (and I ordered the correct size, I am wearing my old pair the same size). When I contacted customer service, you were out of the next size up—completely out. I came to your website because I had 2 returns to Amazon for the same shoes…one pair was totally the wrong size despite the markings, the other the right shoe was literally 1/2 size smaller than the left). What’s happened to your quality control? Extremely disappointing! I still don’t have a pair of shoes, and you have my money. Doing business with your website has been eye-opening for sure.

uniformity within a give size. I previously had a two year old pair, size 9 and therefore ordered a new pair of the same size. They were extremely tight and I'm not wearing them as a result.

These caught my eye while browsing randomly at a store. I picked up the display model and felt the inside and instantly said sold, unfortunately they only had 2or 3 pairs left in stock so I ordered directly from the site. I loved my Minnetonka’s and they make a great product but these are definitely a step up!
